The 2nd Annual 5K has gone "virtual!"
We hope you'll join us from wherever you are!
Saturday, July 25th
Format: "Virtual" 5K Run & Walk
Location: Anywhere you choose!
To honor Grant's memory, we invite you to participate in the virtual 5K from wherever you are on Saturday, July 25th! Our goal is to raise money for the Grant Brown Scholarship fund.
How to participate (in 6 easy steps):
1. Choose a favorite location to run or walk the virtual 5K on July 25th
2. Register on RaceMenu using the link above
3. Share your race plans on the Running on Streets of Gold Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/streetsofgold5k
4. Make a donation in lieu of race fees. Our goal is to raise money for the Grant Brown Scholarship fund. You will have an opportunity to make a donation during the registration process (optional)
5. Form a group to run together (optional)
6. Post a picture of your July 25th run/walk to the Running on Streets of Gold Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/streetsofgold5k

We made the decision to change the race to a "virtual" format after encountering some unforeseen permitting and logistical issues for the Davis Square race, but we're excited about the new format because it has the potential to be more inclusive and have a bigger impact. Grant's life has touched people that now live all over the world and this new format will give everyone an opportunity to participate.
