Welcome to the 8th Annual NLG 5K For Autism

Benefiting Nashoba Learning Group

NLG's virtual run will take place on Saturday, April 18th through Monday, April 20th!

This event will be virtual due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic.

WHAT IS A VIRTUAL RACE?

A virtual race is a race that can be run (or walked) from any location you choose. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, at the gym, or on the track. You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself. Every registered participants will be shipped a t-shirt and the fastest runners in each age group will be shipped a medal.

Complete Your Virtual Race

Once you have signed up for a race, decide on the course you want to do, or you can do it on the treadmill. You time yourself. You can even get your friends and/or your kids to race with you too. Race can be completed on April 20th, Patriots Day!

Submit Your Results

Once you have completed your race, you will submit a photo of your course and time via email. We encourage participants to post on facebook, instagram or other social media pages, include #NLGRunForAutism
