Complete 10K in distance or 10,000 seconds of activity over the course of 1 week and earn your medal!
Whatever you choose, have a purpose behind your choice. Make it meaningful. Push yourself! How does this make 10K? Great question. There are about 10K minutes in a week. 10K seconds spread over one week = 24 minutes per day.
You can run, bike, swim, meditate, do yoga, hit the gym, take an aging parent out for a walk, read a book (hello “me time,” I almost forgot about you!) Cook a meal, get to bed 24 minutes early or a mega mix mashup of all of the above. It’s up to you!
Earn a medal! On January 8, when the challenge is complete, I will send you this medal!
