WHAT IS A “TROT ‘N BREW”?

A 1.5 mile novelty race through the alleys, streets and barrooms of the Mountain City, Hazleton Pa. Competitors must run, walk or crawl into each of the three designated bars along the race course, purchase a Miller Lite Draft and continue to the finish line. Due to liquor laws, all Competitors must be 21 or over, must wear shirts and carry three (3) quarters for purchase of the refreshments.

I DO NOT DRINK BEER, CAN I STILL ENTER?

YES, you can substitute soft drinks.

EVENT TIMELINE:

Registration begins at 9:30 AM on the west corner of Poplar Street and Berner Avenue in Bunkers Bar Parking Lot.  The Race starts at 11:00 AM.  All Participants must be at least 21 years old to run the course.  No animals except service dogs will be allowed on the course.
