The Tri@theY is an all-indoor triathlon that is perfect for all ability levels, from the nervous first-timer wanting to give it a “tri” to the seasoned veteran looking for an early season warm up.
The event begins with a 10-minute swim in the Parkway YMCA’s state of the art 6-lane swimming pool. Next, you have 10 minutes to transition to the recently renovated spin studio for a 30-minute ride. After riding, you will have 5 minutes to make your way upstairs to the treadmills where you will finish strong with a 20-minute run to wrap up your race.
The more distance you cover during each event, the better your overall ranking will be!
