WHO:  Experienced and inexperienced runners and walkers of all ages.  Gather your family, friends, neighbors, classmates and co-workers. The course is stroller accessible. 

ABOUT JACOB:  The JK5k and Birthday Fun Run will be held in memory of Jacob Karnchanaphati, who passed away in July of 2015. Jacob was 12 years old and a 6th grader at New Hanover Upper Frederick Elementary. He was greatly looking forward to entering his first year at Boyertown Junior High East. Jacob will forever be remembered for his love of soccer and nickname “JK”. This fundraiser will benefit students of Boyertown Area Senior High who plan to further their education. 9:05 a.m. – 1 mile Fun Run/ Walk begins

10:00 a.m. – Award presentation at finish line

HOW:  For either event, register online here are complete the print form (download here) and submit a $25 check/money postmarked by August 12th to receive a t-shirt. After that date the cost is $30. Children 8 and under are $15 before Aug 12th and $20 after that date. If you register online at please note that there is a nominal processing fee) 

Awards for the 5k only to top 3 finishers overall (Male and Female) and top 3 males and 3 females in each age group: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
