Join us for the 12th Annual Run through Time in beautiful Salida. This winter/spring trail marathon, half marathon and 2-mile fun run is one of Colorado’s premier trail races.

Race Start/Finish: Meet at Salida SteamPlant Event Center, 220 W. Sackett Street, Salida, Colorado. Check in starts at 6:30 am. Marathon starts across the railroad tracks at the foot of Tenderfoot Mountain at 8:00 am. Half Marathon and Fun Run start at 9:00 am. All races finish at the SteamPlant. There is a 3:00 pm cutoff for the Marathon and the Half-Marathon.
 
Course: Single-track, jeep trail, and dirt roads. Course maps and elevation profiles are available on the CCRC website at http://www.salidarec.com/ccrc.
 
Aid Stations: There will be four aid stations for the marathon and two for the half marathon. Stations will provide water, energy drink, Honey Stinger Gel Packs and snacks. The aid stations are ‘cupless’, so runners must carry their own water containers. Medical personnel will be available in case of emergency.
 
Recommended Gear: March weather in Salida is unpredictable. Be prepared for anything from sunny and warm to snowy winter conditions. It is a good idea to carry an extra jacket. The aid stations are cupless, so runners are required to carry their own water bottles. 
 
Awards and Divisions: Prizes are awarded to the top three men/women in each race and top man/women in each 10 year age group depending on entries. Door prizes will also be awarded during the awards ceremony.

Rules: Foot travel only. All runners must be finished by 3:00 pm. For the marathon there are 3 intermediate cut-offs based on a 3:00 pm finish. For the half-marathon there is 1 intermediate cut-off.  No dogs, crews or pacers on the course.  Spectators are encouraged except on the dirt road portions of course. Pack it in/pack it out. Please, no littering. Help other runners in need. Obey race officials.

Refreshments: Light hot meal will be available at the finish for contestants.
 
Registration: Field is limited to 500 entries. Please register early.
