Course Description:  5K Run/Walk – Course follows state park trails and roadways, varies from wooded dirt paths, to grass fields, dirt and paved roadways.  1 mi Youth Run – Sprint run on state park trails and roadways.  1 mi Lake Swim – 2 Laps of marked course keeping markers on your left.

Awards: T-Shirt to all pre-registered racers.  Top male and female for 5K Run will receive plaque. Top three for each race in the following age groups will receive medals: 15 and under (3), 16-19 (3), 20-24 (3), 25-29 (3), 30-34 (3), 35-39 (3), 40-44 (3), 45-49 (3), 50-54 (3), 55-59 (3), 60-64 (3), 65-69 (2), 70 and over (1). Top five male and female in 5k walk will receive medals. Youth Run awards for top finisher in the following age groups, 6and under, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12.  One Mile Lake Swim Awards……….

Proceeds:  Benefit Ryan Township Dive Recovery Team part of the Ryan Township Emergency & Rescue Squad, Inc. to help us with costs of maintaining and purchasing new diving equipment.
