About RaceMenu

In May 2009, J. Alain Ferry (cyclist, occasional runner, race promoter and web entrepreneur) teamed up with Colin Peddie (Olympic Marathon Trials qualifier, race promoter and owner of several wildly successful running stores) to create RaceMenu. The two had already worked together on several running races, including Boston's popular Super Sunday 5K/10K, to raise thousands of dollars for cancer research each year.

Recognizing the need for a comprehensive event calendar and registration service, Alain and Colin recruited the help of web designer Jesse and web technologists Eyal, Trent and Pat to build Facebook's first (and only) race calendar and registration application.

RaceMenu has some great office space in Boston, MA thanks to the kind, cool and generous folks at BzzAgent, an international word-of-mouth media network powered by 600,000 people.
