TRIATHLON CAMP with Fabian Roman, Ana Jimenez, Jarrod Shoemaker and Alicia Kaye

Join us in Puerto Rico for a unique training camp designed to help you take your triathlon skills to the next level. We will be working with you to help you master Open Water Swimming, learning about the techniques and skills to utilize to swim faster. We will teach you run form and technique to help you become more efficient during your race. You will learn about nutrition and power testing on the bike to help you conquer race day. Finally, you will learn the mental skills to allow you to excel when race morning arrives.

You will work with Puerto Rican pro ITU triathletes Fabian Roman and Ana Jimenez as well as 2017 Ironman 70.3 Puerto Rico Champion Alicia Kaye and 2008 US Olympic Triathlete Jarrod Shoemaker.
